Any action arising from or relating to the Site or these Terms shall be brought in courts of competent jurisdiction applicable to Leman Atelier’s primary place of business, and you consent to such jurisdiction and venue.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be replaced by a valid provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that provision or of our right to enforce it later. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Leman Atelier.
